目前他的新作5000 Days in China也正在创作中，他想通过讲述自己在中国生活十几年的所见所感，让世界看到中国的真实形象和巨大的发展变化。“我看到中国人或高兴或悲伤，或唱歌或跳舞，或工作或学习，生活自由自在，和海外对中国的歪曲报道截然不同，这才是真正的中国”。
